Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returning an item

Donkervoort offers the possibility to exchange your purchased item (except for made-to-measure items). Please carefully read the instructions below to ensure your item(s) are returned correctly:

– You can only return items if you inform us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot consider your request for return or exchange if you have had the item for more than 14 days and/or if the items were not purchased through our (web)shop.
– The item must be returned unused and free from stains, odours, and defects.
– The product must bear the original labels and packaging.
– Bundled items must be returned together. Partial returns of bundles will not be accepted.
– Please include (a copy of) your purchase order with the returned item.

International Returns (including the UK)

– If you are returning an item from outside the EU, such as from the UK or other international locations, you are responsible for any shipping fees, taxes, or duties that may apply.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Donkervoort is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
– Please ensure the returned item is marked as a return to avoid customs charges. If customs fees are incurred due to improper declaration, these will be deducted from your refund.

Product with a defect

If you have received a defective item, please contact/inform Donkervoort as soon as possible, within seven days of receipt. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.

Exchanging an item

If you wish to exchange an item, please note that we can are only send you the same product in another size and /or color. We kindly ask you to state your requirements as clearly as possible on your sales receipt. We cannot guarantee that the desired item is in stock upon arrival of your request for exchange. If the desired item is not in stock, we will refund the amount of the returned item using the same payment method you used for this order.

Refund order amount

Once we receive your return, we will confirm receipt by e-mail. We will need up to 7 days to refund your payment. However, it can take 2-3 weeks before receiving the amount in your bank account (this is especially the case for credit card payments). We will refund the amount of the returned item using the same payment method you used for this order.

 

Cancelling or changing your order

At the moment, you can only cancel or change your order by getting in touch with us via info@donkervoort.com or by using our contact form. Please mention your order number when requesting order changes or cancellations. We kindly request that you clearly state which item(s) you want to modify/cancel.
