Returning an item
Donkervoort offers the possibility to exchange your purchased item (with the exception of the made-to-measure items). Please carefully read the below mentioned instructions in order to return your item(s) correctly:
– You can only return items if you inform/notify us about this within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can no longer take your request for return / exchange into consideration if you have had the item in your possession for more than 14 days and / or if the items were not purchased through our (web) shop.
– The item must be returned in an unused condition, free of stains, odors and defects.
– The product must bear the original labels and packaging.
– Please add (a copy of) your purchase order to the returned item.
Product with a defect
If you have received an item with defects, please contact/inform Donkervoort as soon as possible, but within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.
Exchanging an item
If you wish to exchange an item, please note that we can are only send you the same product in another size and /or color. We kindly ask you to state your requirements as clearly as possible on your sales receipt. We cannot guarantee that the desired item is in stock upon arrival of your request for exchange. If the desired item is not in stock, we will refund the amount of the returned item using the same payment method you used for this order.

Refund order amount
Once we have received your return, we will confirm receipt by e-mail. We will need up to 7 days to refund your payment. It can, however, take 2-3 weeks before receiving the amount in your bank account (this is especially the case for credit card payments). We will refund the amount of the returned item using the same payment method you used for this order.
Cancelling or changing your order
At the moment, you are only able to cancel or change your order by getting in touch with us via email@example.com or by using or contact form. Please mention your order number when requesting order changes or cancellations. We kindly request to clearly state which item(s) you would like to modify/cancel.
